PrinterCo Android PrinterThere are two options available, you can choose to use a tablet or PC to get your orders via email or we can provide you with a handheld Touch Screen Android printer with automatic print functionality that simply connects to your WiFi or uses a SIM Card.

You can also manage your entire App from the printer as well including adding or removing products, changing prices as well as altering opening times. The printer works using Amazon Cloud Services – As soon as a customer has completed their order the App sends the information to the cloud which then delivers it to the printer where the order will automatically print out and sound an alarm to let you know a new order has arrived.

Absolutely YES! We started to develop our App in 2016 and its original intention was for food retailers, fast food takeaways as well as for pubs to offer customers an order from table experience so in that respect we were slightly ahead of time with this concept.

Absolutely! We will provide you with bespoke training videos showing you how to manage your App and we offer telephone and email support 7 days a week in case you get stuck with anything.

Our easy to use admin area has been designed to operate seemlessly regardless of whether you are using a PC, phone or tablet to manage your App.

First of all we will need your logo and menu. If you have an Epos system the if you can download a csv file of your products then even better!

We will contact you to find out if there any particular types of images you want us to use when we are designing the homescreen of the app or you can supply your own. We’ll then connect you up with our payment partner for them to create you your own payments account on their system.

Once we have created your App we’ll provide you with login details and some dummy credit card details so that you can test your App to make sure you are familiar with it before it goes live for your customers to start placing orders.

Yes we can integrate with many of the leading Epos systems including Tevalis and EposNow – Additional charges outside our control may be applicable to enable the API’s that connect the App to your till systems.

Yes and Yes! We can provide you with our own table reservation system at no extra charge or if you already use a table reservation service such as ResDiary then we can embed that into your App for a truly seamless customer experience.
